Eniclic Fleet is a door-to-door logistics operating system built for African road networks, mixed fleets and intermittent connectivity.
It covers the entire consignment lifecycle — booking, pickup, hub scan, line haul, last-mile assignment, delivery confirmation and invoicing — inside one ledger, so operations, finance and customers all read the same truth.
Drivers work offline-first on a mobile app; control-room staff work from a live map with exception alerts; customers track their parcel from a public link.
Problem
Operators were running deliveries across WhatsApp groups, paper waybills and spreadsheets. Nobody could say where a truck or a consignment was in real time, fuel and maintenance costs leaked, failed deliveries went unexplained, and invoicing lagged days behind the work.
Solution
We built a single end-to-end platform: order intake and pricing, automated dispatch with route optimisation, GPS and geofence tracking, an offline-capable driver app with barcode scan and photo/signature proof of delivery, fuel and maintenance registers, SMS/WhatsApp customer notifications, and automated settlement with a control-room exception dashboard.
